Visit from April!

A few weeks ago we were fortunate enough to have a visit from my dear friend April from college! Her husband Drew flew her down for her birthday weekend:) She had a horrible...and I mean horrible...flight, but finally made it to us late Friday night. Saturday we got to spend time drinking coffee, eating cinnamon rolls and hanging out with Harper. She hadn't seen her since she was 1 month old, so she had definitely changed. Saturday afternoon we shopped in the Galleria area and then checked in to the Omni for the night. Drew got us a room for her birthday! We had dinner at a fancy Italian restaurant in Uptown park and then treated ourselves to cupcakes and Starbucks. We watched a movie in our PJ's and had a wonderful night. It was such a fun weekend! Her visits are always too short.
