Harper News...

Harper is almost five months old! Although they have all been wonderful, I have really enjoyed this fourth month. Harper learns something new every day. We bought her a walker and her legs would barely touch the ground and she kept her arms in to her chest and wouldn't play with the toys. In a weeks time she is running around the house in this thing playing music and reaching for things. She has come so far so fast. She loves to be upright right now, so we are always holding her standing up (the reason the walker came into the picture). When she stands up she is so proud of herself and gives you the biggest smile. She has the most funny, but sweet personality and I can't get enough of her.

Harper also has so many wonderful friends. She spends a lot of time with her boyfriend Brady and got to hang out with Miss Bailey this week since she is back from her Holiday trip.

Harper's Parent Dedication Service at church is next Sunday. Mommy spent Thursday morning trying to get a picture to send in. She grows so fast that I feel like all of the "old" cute pictures are out of date. I think these pictures turned out just precious for my lack of photography skills. Her cheeks were a little rosie from the cold weather, but I think it made her look like a doll. The quilt behind her was handmade by my Aunt Jeanette to match her bedding. If you look real close you will see that it was a true labor of love and turned out beautifully. We will treasure it forever!

Harper has also starting eating cereal at night. It is hilarious. She was getting so hungry at night and just couldn't get full, so we thought it was time. She is really loving it and is doing well with the spoon. It gets less messy every night!

Mommy and daddy have been busy too. Last weekend we went with the Pennington's and West and Will to a wedding reception in Beaumont for a college friend. This weekend we went to a wedding in Huntsville. We have enjoyed those times together and are so thankful for the good help we have with Harper when we have to be away!
